Rabbit with lemon thyme or oregano

Materials
1 rabbit around 1,200 g.
2/3 water glass oil
1 large onion
Juice from three middle lemon
tablespoon thyme or tsp. fresh oregano
salt, pepper,
1 glass white wine
Execution:
Wash the rabbit and cut into portions. Just burn the oil in a saucepan fry the rabbit. The add wine and having browned add the chopped onion. Immediately after pepper, add the thyme or oregano, lemon juice, a glass of water and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes. If during the boil has been drinking water, we can add some more. Served with baked potatoes oregano.
